• Easter brunch at Cafe Prato, the all-day restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel, will include hot cross buns; Easter dove cake; roast leg of lamb; and salmon gravlax. • Hakkasan, the fine-dining Chinese restaurant in Bandra, will serve a special Easter lunch menu on Sunday, April 8. You can choose from roast duck and pickled cabbage dumplings; vegetable and black fungus dumplings; lamb balls with crab meat in oyster chilli sauce; seafood sesame rolls with Portuguese sauce; Atlantic cod with XO sauce and asparagus; and set mango cream with passion fruit jelly and coconut sorbet. • On Sunday, April 8, Yauatcha, the dim sum restaurant and tea house in Bandra Kurla Complex, will serve a special Easter lunch menu with sea bass and spinach broth; stir-fried beef tenderloin in a black pepper sauce; chicken fried rice with crispy shimeji mushrooms; asparagus, lotus root and black fungus in garlic sauce; and chocolate Easter egg with tender coconut and mango. • Indigo in Colaba will host an Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8. They will serve roasted pumpkin, broccoli and bok choy with ginger honey dressing; farfalle with broccoli, pine nuts and basil pesto; salad of forest mushrooms with toasted hazelnuts; crab and green garlic mousse; smoked turkey breast with cranberry; chicken liver pate with apple butter; rhubarb and strawberry tart; plum pudding with brandy cream; and green tea panna cotta. • For Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8, Peshwa Pavilion, the all-day restaurant at ITC Maratha, will serve roast leg of lamb; honey-glazed ham; hot cross buns; pretzels; marzipan eggs; coconut macarons; chocolate nests; and Easter cookies. • Belgian bakery and cafe chain Le Pain Quotidien will host an Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8, where they will serve roast chicken with bacon risotto; vegetable gratin; lamb ragout with ricotta dumplings; and Belgian chocolate Easter eggs. • You can shop for Easter hampers at Bombay Baking Company, the bakery at the J. W. Marriott hotel. The one priced at Rs5,500 (exclusive of taxes) comes with Easter eggs, marzipan, macarons, cookies and brownies, and the one priced at Rs8,500 (exclusive of taxes) includes a wine bottle, organic nuts, and imported dates in addition to cookies, macarons, brownies and Easter eggs. • Italian restaurant Cafe Mangii will serve a special Easter lunch menu on Sunday, April 8. It includes crab cakes with a honey chilli dip; goat cheese and garlic mousse; pan-seared tiger prawns with fennel sauce; hot cross buns; pecan pie with caramel sauce; and blueberry panna cotta.
