Le15 Patisserie Will Open In Palladium This Weekend
From Sunday, December 18, Indigo Deli in Palladium will have a neighbour in the form of Le15 Patisserie, the chain of dessert shops owned by Paris-trained pastry chef Pooja Dhingra. The third outpost of Le15, located across from the Deli on the first floor of Palladium, will sell Dhingra’s bite-sized confections such as macaroons (Rs60 per piece), cupcakes (Rs40 per piece), and tarts (Rs95 per piece).
The menu will be nearly the same as that of the patisserie’s two other counters, in Worli and Lower Parel. Among the few new additions to the menu are Cointreau-flavoured macaroons, and tarts in flavours such as Nutella; chocolate and salted caramel; pistachio; and rose. Dhingra, who also has a flourishing cake business, which she operates out of her central kitchen in Lower Parel, will also sell whole cakes like double chocolate; hazelnut crunch; pistachio and dark chocolate; and fraisier (made out of strawberries and pastry cream) at her new branch, a week after it opens this Sunday.
