Four Star Chefs Cook Up A Meal For A Good Cause

The entire Rs3,500 you spend to reserve a seat for dinner will be donated to the good folks who run the Manav Foundation, a non-profit centre that helps rehabilitate the mentally ill. Four chefs, Viraf Patel of Cafe Zoe, Jaydeep Mukherjee of Indigo Deli, Gresham Fernandes of Smoke House Room in New Delhi, and Pooja Dhingra of Le15 Patisserie, will be whipping up a menu that will include a stew; agnolotti with roasted pumpkin, hazelnut and baby greens; gazpacho; and raspberry macaroon cake.
