Four Star Chefs Cook Up A Meal For A Good Cause

The entire Rs3,500 you spend to reserve a seat for dinner will be donated to the good folks who run the Manav Foundation, a non-profit centre that helps rehabilitate the mentally ill. • Indigo has launched a new menu. New additions at the Colaba restuarant, helmed by chef Rahul Akerkar, include cauliflower and green garlic veloute; baby beets with horseradish panna cotta; pulled duck tortellini; ravioli of mud crab; sous vide pork belly; macchiato brulee; pineapple upside down cake with rosemary ice cream; and chocolate truffle with chevre mousse and sour cherry.
