Steve Madden Wants Your Used Shoes

• To celebrate the one-year anniversary of their launch in India, Steve Madden is asking its customers to donate unwanted shoes (of any brand) to charities Goonj and Soles4Souls, which will distribute them or recycle the material for use in rural areas across the country. Collection boxes will be placed in Steve Madden stores until Thursday, September 20. For locations, see here.

• Get a head start on your Diwali shopping by dropping into Grand Trunk Rd’s “pre-Diwali” trunk show of formal and casual wear by Pakistani designers on Saturday, September 15, from 10am to 5pm. .
