Hard Rock Cafe Is Hosting A Burger Festival

BURGER FESTIVAL
• Hard Rock Cafe is hosting a burger festival with a focus on Lebanese, Mexican and Sri Lankan preparations. The menu will include beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian burgers, and as part of the festival, the restaurant will host a daily “burg-a-thon” at 9.30pm. To participate, customers need to pay a Rs500 registration fee and eat a giant burger and a large portion of fries. The first person to finish the meal will get back the participation fee and win a Hard Rock Cafe T-shirt and gift voucher worth Rs500 redeemable against food and drinks or at their in-house merchandise store, the Rock Shop. BRUNCH
• Shiro, the South East Asian restaurant in Lower Parel, will serve a brunch inspired by the ongoing fourth season of the TV show Masterchef Australia, every Sunday, until August 26. The dishes on the menu are made using some of the ingredients that feature on the popular cooking competition series. The spread will include chicken and vegetable pho ga; Hanoi crisp parcels; otak-otak kukus (steamed fish mousse in banana leaf); braised chicken with daikon; and sweet and sour chicken with flat noodles.
