MB Giveaway: Masterclass With Chef John Paul Carmona

For a chance to pick up cooking tips from John Paul Carmona, a chef who has worked at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants, attend his masterclass at The Table on Saturday, June 23, from 4pm to 7pm. A former chef-de-cuisine of the Michelin-decorated Californian restaurant Manresa (#48 on the World’s 50 Best list), Carmona will be in residence at The Table until Saturday, June 30. Carmona, who has also worked at two other Michelin-starred establishments, Alinea in Chicago and Mugaritz in Spain, will prepare chickpea fritters with lime pickle aioli; steamed snapper with brown butter sabayon, white asparagus and hazelnuts; and almond milk panna cotta with lychee and rosewater granita, during his masterclass, which is priced at Rs1,500 per head, and is limited to 20 people.
