MB Recommends: Hazelnut Torte

Below a glistening topping of chocolate ganache is a layer of hazelnut-flavoured mousse, but its the crunchy biscotti base that provides this cake with most of its flavour. Filled with bits of crushed hazelnut, this crumbly bottom layer is the best part of this triple chocolate treat.
